Yeah it doesn't make sense. What does this announcement mean? Are invites open? If so for how long?

The invitations are not open..
News have to do with the members of exigo..
You cannot invite every single member that you want to, you are only able to re-invite again the members that you have already invited before..
Nothing has changed .. It's still almost impossible to get invite there..

why reinvite ones that i invited them before and if they invited before so they are members of it no need for that right

and also if u can help me i have an disable acc i hope to try to re-enable it if u can even provide me with their irc i will be grateful

The only way they will enable an account again is if it was disabled for inactivity, if it had any links to trading or selling then your screwed.
