You don't know the rules? As far as I know, Every private tracker has their own rules and regulations and one of the most common rules is; One account for one user per lifetime...

Anyway, Don't get me wrong. It just rules. You can find alternatives btw. Like IPT, BWTorrent, and TellyTorrent are some of the other reputed Indian trackers. Best of luck. And next time read the basic rules from the review before entering any site and see them if you can follow them or not.
