Over the past month or so we have seen a large increase of “Hit and Run’s” especially by our normal User group rank. The site rules are quite comprehensible, you must seed for 12 hours over a 48-hour period.

Normally the system allows 3 “Hit and Run’s” then it automatically warns you, We have been forced to drop this, after 2 warnings your downloads will be disabled, OK may sound a little drastic, and not everyone falls into this category but it’s so unfortunate that this user group has the worst offenders and all must suffer.
