　 一、预计培养人数
15名双语字幕调校主力，5名压片主力，采取“1+3”捆绑式培养计划，共组建5队后备主力，即3名双语字 幕调校主力捆绑1名压片主力，互相合作、互相学习。
　　二、招募人员要求
