CHD字幕组现已初步形成规模，拥有了听译和翻译两个小组，为广大会员提供了预告片的听译及热门电影、小 众电影的字幕翻译作品。

　　为了字幕组的进一步发展，能更及时的跟上影片发布的节奏，从而更好的为广大会员服务，经管理层研究决定 ，现面向所有高清爱好者继续公开招募英、法、德、日、韩语字幕原创翻译人才，以解决和弥补一些影片和视频资 源无字幕的缺憾。

　　招募要求：
　　一、年满十八周岁，有完全民事行为能力（如果还在求学期间，请慎重考虑！）。
　　二、对字幕翻译制作工作发自内心的热爱，有固定且较宽裕的业余时间来进行字幕翻译制作工作，有责任心， 能够服从任务分配，我们拒绝三分钟热度！
　　三、精通各自所擅长语种，能独立完成听译或翻译原字幕各语种影视节目，完成所分配部分的合格字幕的制作 。
　　四、拥有4M或以上宽带的网络条件。
　　五、没有加入其它任何字幕制作小组。
　　六、视频源获取可提供ftp下载方式，或自行在站内获取。

　　福利待遇：
　　一、我们不以商业盈利为目的，所有工作均凭个人爱好兴趣，暂无任何金钱回报！
