CHDBits字幕组招募公告

为进一步壮大CHDBits的实力，CHDBits字幕组现面向全体会员招募，详情如下：
一、需招募人员
1、字幕校对人员
2、字幕翻译人员
3、国语字幕制作人员
4、特效字幕制作人员

二、工作内容简介
1、字幕校对
字幕校对的主要工作为文字和时间轴校对，目前，网络上的字幕良莠不齐，为保证作品质量，校对工 作必不可少。

2、字幕翻译
字幕翻译主要是将英语字幕翻译为中文字幕，其它小语种字幕暂不考虑。

3、国语字幕制作
国语字幕制作主要是指制作对照国语发音的字幕，方法包括听录和OCR后校对等。

4、特效字幕制作
特效字幕制作主要是针对国外电影画面中的硬字幕制作相应的中文注释字幕，且中文注释字幕的显示效果与电影画 面水乳交融，增进观影体验。

三、报名要求
1、热爱字幕工作，并且有足够的耐心，字幕工作技术简单但是枯燥，没有耐心不行。
2、空余时间较多，字幕工作比较耗时。
3、能接受任务制和考核制，目前暂定的任务量为：
（1）字幕校对：每月6条；
（2）字幕翻译：每月2条；
（3）国语字幕制作：每月4条；
（4）特效字幕制作：每月3条。
上述工作量中的单位“条”，是指一部完整电影的字幕。
3、报名字幕校对工作需要有较好的语文水平，能发现显而易见的错别字和其它错误。
4、报名字幕翻译工作的需要有较好的英语水平，且有一定的电影常识。
5、报名国语字幕制作的人员需要是热爱国语配音的人。
6、特效字幕暂时只招募有经验者，新手请勿报名。

四、其它
1、字幕组允许新手报名，报名后可以提供培训，但是如果15天内没有任何成果将被开除。
2、一经字幕组录取，你将成为拥有免死免考等权利的权贵，同时，所有工作任务均有魔力奖励。
