Can anyone give more clarification about this issue?

I think all private trackers will ask to disable DHT now

i never run DHT on any client or box. hmm.. thought it was the norm for the trackers to have it disabled already?

on most clients DHT is on by default, so just make sure its off I guess

As far as I know most tracker have DHT disabled by default,
You can't upload torrent on some tracker with DHT enable...
