Exclamation Blutopia (BLU) News [Introducing Inactivity Pruning]

    Introducing Inactivity Pruning

    Greetings,

From September 9th, 2018 onwards, we will be introducing an automatic pruning system. To not have their accounts disabled, members will be required to login to the site atleast once every 30 days. When accounts are disabled, an email will be sent out to the disabled user informing them of such, along with instructions on how to get enabled again. To get enabled again, a disabled user will be given a grace period of 30 days to log in, at which point their account gets restored back to normal. Failure to login within the 30 day grace period, after being disabled, will result in that account being pruned.

*Seeding activity is NOT the same as site activity. Seeding torrents does NOT make you immune from our sitewide inactivity disabling, and subsequent pruning. Remember, you only get ONE Blutopia account per person per lifetime. If your account gets pruned, you will NOT be able to just make another account.

@bluboy007 - Isn't it enough to disable the inactive accounts? There is really no need to delete the disabled accounts. Sometimes users can't use their accounts for months due to personal reasons.

I can't understand this kind of bull shit rules. Sometimes it's like, those people in private trackers, they live in a world of their own.
Nobody couldn't care less about any tracker's inactivity nonsense, when they have to deal with real life issues. But hey no problem, since those admins can feel like masters in their private domains.
