Sp and Promotion disabled

While i work on the sp, ive disabled the script so i can try pin whats wrong down.
Please keep the torrents active as i need all the data i can get to find the error.
This will also affect promotions.
I'll try keep disruption to a minimum so shouldnt be to long.
