Please stop submitting Help Desk tickets for the following reasons:

1. If you have a UK ISP and are having connection problems.. Your ISP is probably blocking the site and now the tracker. There is tons of information and solutions to this problem in our forums. Don't just open a new thread either as your solution(s) have already been posted and are being talked about.

2. If you're using uTorrent 3.4.2 and are having connection problems or your client suddenly stopped. We've banned this client as stated on one of the announcements you probably deleted without reading. And if you're in the UK using 3.4.2 then you actually have 2 problems.

The message and all links you needed could have been found on the announcement we sent out and as always, posted in our announcement forum

We get 100 HD tickets every day and most of them have answers that have been talked about for weeks in our forums and why they are there. Reading is your friend, please embrace it and learn something new.

The HD is designed to help members with their accounts and possible site issues, not to give solutions for problems we've already made everyone aware of, have extensive information in the forums on, or specifically answered in the FAQ and/or Rules.
