Afin de continuer à proposer sur HD-Only ses releases à un rythme soutenu, la team ONLY recherche de nouveaux encodeurs pour se développer.

Si vous aussi :
- vous êtes motivés pour participer plus activement au contenu et à la vie du site,
- vous connaissez les bases de l'encodage HD (x264 et/ou x265) ou avez envie de les apprendre,
- les conditions pour devenir encodeur HD-O/ONLY vous conviennent,
- vous avez du temps disponible et une connexion Internet suffisante en upload (ou un serveur dédié pouvant encoder),
- utiliser l'IRC ne vous rebute pas,
alors vous pouvez apporter votre pierre à l'édifice en rejoignant la team.
A travers la team ONLY, c'est HD-ONLY qui a besoin de vous, de votre participation, de votre engagement, afin de l'aider à devenir un incontournable de la HD FR.

L'accompagnement et l'éventuelle formation à l'encodage, seront assurés par la team sur son canal IRC, elle-même soutenue par le staff.

Si vous voulez partager votre enthousiasme et apporter et/ou développer vos compétences dans l'encodage HD en x264/x265 sous la bannière ONLY, vous pouvez contacter soit le staff, soit un des membres de la team.

La paie est inexistante, les avantages peu nombreux, le temps passé non compté, les critiques inévitables, la reconnaissance insuffisante, et les éventuels frais de seedbox et de serveur d'encodage à votre charge...
Mais le plaisir du partage sur HD-Only, au sein de la team associée au site, vous fera vite oublier tous ces détails sans importance
