Requirements:
-> Must have an AsiaTorrents site ratio above 1.0
-> Must have uploaded more than 5 torrents
-> Must know how to read and write in English smile1.gif

Tester Roles:
-> Add Contents (Content Managers) :: 50 users
-> Edit & Approve Contents (Editors) :: 5 Users
