Autodl-irssi

Following a long period of hard work, we finally succeeded in getting our irc announce bot up and running, and along with that, autodl-irssi is now also functional!

That being said, there are still a few things to correct, for one, freeleech is not being registered by irssi, so there will be a new tracker file at some point.

But for now, it's functional, and everyone is partying all over Asgaard!
