First-Line Support is looking for volunteers

FLS are volunteers who help answer Staff PMs and assist users in both the #help IRC channel and Help! forum. They also infrequently receive PMs from users regarding their specific areas of knowledge, which are conveniently listed on the staff page.


Requirements:
A solid grasp on the rules, and extended knowledge of how Apollo works.
Fluency in the English language. (Your English does not have to be native, but is has to be good)
A reasonable amount of time to spend. About 3 to 4 hours a week minimum, more is better.
Good communication skills.
Being able to professionally and reliably handle sensitive information some users might send you.
An open, friendly mind and good motivation about the well-being of our site and its users.

Bonus Points:
Fluency in a non-English language
Previous experience, this can be in another FLS team, or in a supportive/PR job.
