Hello everybody.
There is an issue with our mail service that prevents the sending of confirmation emails to some providers.
If your friend triple-checked their spam mail after waiting an hour, and still does not have their confirmation email, they've likely slipped through the crack...
If this is the case, please post their EXACT username here and staff will manually enable their account...
If you signed up during open enrollment you were automatically enabled when you signed in - this post does not concern you.
