Updates to User Classes

We've made a few changes to User Classes here at Anthelion. We believe everyone should be able to participate in the site fully, so searching, browsing, leeching, forums, etc will always be available (provided you don't do something stupid and become disabled). But to encourage participation, we're limiting some of the more advanced features of the site to higher classes. Some notable changes:

Bookmarking now requires Member class
Torrent notifications / Subscriptions require Power User class
Wiki article creation now requires Fanatic class
Promotion requirements have been lowered to 500GiB for Members and 1TiB for Power Users
