It comes as a bit change in policy since the authorities never seemed to bother about such thing, especially in regards to private communities, and since all of them went out at once, I think it may take some time for servers to come back up.

Yes this is very sad, but as far as I know there is no way to be sure if all the trackers that went down was part of the "Copyright" operation. People are saying that some of then went down just for precaution and there is a possibility that they come back. Lets hope that is true!!
