Our new server has been successfully launched and started up. The underlying system construction and network configuration are in progress. It is expected to be shut down for maintenance and update at 23:30 on August 29, 2024. This maintenance content is relatively large, and all services need to be migrated. It is expected that the main services will be restored within 6 hours and all services will be fully restored within 12 hours. The original 3970X server solution has been abandoned. Instead, 7950X and dual-channel 8488C provide computing services, dual redundancy, and a total of nearly 1.5T of memory can be provided. Learning from the lessons of the previous downtime, the previous distributed server architecture will be centrally scheduled to provide higher operating efficiency and fault recovery speed. Although the cost is high, we believe that it is worth it to provide more stable services.

This should be the last server migration update in the near future. The theoretical performance is fully sufficient to support hundreds of thousands of people. For the specific update progress, please pay attention to our announcement notification.
