Chinese sites have or will disable the login page in the next days, in an attempt to keep Chinese authorities off their back. This is something that happens once or twice a year, year in year out, for a few weeks as a cat-and-mouse game. If you have no way of getting hold of your old site cookies, you need to wait until the tracker re-enables the login page. No worries though, since the site is not going to disable anyone due to inactivity.
