yesterday, a reporter asked if the chinese representatives knew anything about the release of the movie, "The Interview" with chinese subtitle, on a certain site.

The official reply was that they are going to step up with their efforts in combating piracy.

and as such, some speculated that all 3 sites went into hiding to avoid the clampdown.

Another site HD-CMCT is temporarily down too, but M-Team is good.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know if any of the sites are good for academic books in English? Obviously they are all Chinese, but for example Russia's biggest torrent sites, compared to library.nu by many, often had a lot of material in English.

so....how long is CHD going to be down, anyone know? If they are really 'hiding' then that doesnt make sense that visiting the site right now shoes a SQL error unless that is intentional
