1) As twilights said, the rule is about 1 bump every 24 hours.
2) Krell didn't bump his thread more often than he should.

I PM'ed him & found out it was a misunderstanding.
He was saying that I should not bump my post within 24 hours of its creation, but I thought he was saying that I should not bump my post twice within 24 hours (which I didn't do).
And about Krell I was saying that he bumped on 2 seperate posts at the same time, again I misunderstood the rules. What krell did was correct.

Thread cleared from the flame posts.
