I think you forgot to mention it is the UTR-HD team (not the regular old UTR release team) are the ones on Private-HD. After digging around they are obviously all very much still uploading to public trackers, from what it seems probably more so than PHD which from what I read would probably reject many of their smaller encodes, probably why they also dont link to PHD on their official website;
