Do you really believe that if a tracker is loading from a country/IP it means that this country IP is not banned from the tracker?

Even banned countries can load the login page, but if they are banned from a tracker, they will get banned right after their registration and will probably screw their inviter as well...

Even if you are from a banned country you can see the login page on many trackers but once you sign up you get banned almost immediately. But in this case (x264) they removed all country bans so it's ok.
