I'd like to apply for CartoonChaos as there are some files I can't find on other trackers or forums that I'm hoping may be there.

I can't offer proofs of ratio as I haven't used private trackers in many years.

I'm not a leech though and I contribute financially to the purchase of physical media used by rippers and have been a comic book scanner for years under various aliases.

My kids love cartoons. Cartoon chaos it would be a nice gift for them.
