I would love to apply for nCore, well who wouldn't?

I know my reputation doesn't place me in winning chances but I can confirm you that when it comes to trackers I am very serious.
I have been out of many HR trackers because of inactivity. And, I believe I was a collector years back.
Now, I know whats important. What is my needs. How many of them I can fulfill it.
Collecting every HR tracker and not using it is pure BS. I cant assure you k's Ratio/Great Speeds. But I can confirm you that I will not get banned,
I will maintain the required ratio. If uploading torrents will be allowed to me, I will do it. I can show you proofs that I upload torrents when it comes to ratio.
At-last I again Just want to say you that I am not into getting trackers I just gets best of my needs. And Maintain it.
I don't play much games so I don't need best games tracker. Kickass is sufficient. its all like that.

ive been really dying to try out ncore, i am on whatcd and a few other private sites in which i am more often than not a power user, i can show ratios and everything, either way id be glad to even be considered, youre aweome for doing things like this
