It's fake! There isn't any announce on tracker about the open sign-up. And if you read comments on that thread you can see that no confirmation for the open sign up exist.

HDChina has a big problem when merge two databases of HDWinG and OpenMV, some of the user will have two accounts on HDChina.
They have to choose which account will be keep otherwise both of their account will be disabled. I think invite system will be closed untill this problem is solved completely. And of course won't any open sign up.

AwesomeUHD is right; HDChina.club will probably never open free signups. Thread made at opentrackers.org in january is just made to announce that HDChina is reopened as tracker and not open registrations and invite system will be open when everything will work 100%.

i would like to apply, great tracker when it was hdwing, i'm another who lost my account with the abrupt closing of the tracker.
