I have left rep + liked post. However I am very new to private tracking and I do not have 30 posts on this site, but I am a donor.

I am currently a member of 3 private trackers and my ratios are quite good as I have a seedbox. They are 1.67, 11.70, 11.55

what is H&R, are you allowed to use the same username on TIand the tracker?
H&R means hit n run, if I just download without seeding, I will get a H&R.
I'm not allowed to use the same username on TI and tracker, it's not safe.
