Please make sure you follow these rules:

1) After sending the invites/accounts you posted, DO NOT FORGET to announce the winners in the thread and then close it. (At the top of the thread press Administrative/Close Thread/Proceed).
- Keep in mind that if you close the thread (while some users already applied) without announcing any winners (or even keep it open without announcing any winners) you may get banned permanently from TI.org!

2) Keep the thread open for a while, until you find some well deserved winners. Do not giveaway your invites/accounts to the first applicants, because good (maybe even better) users may apply later.
- The MAXIMUM period of time you can keep a thread open is 4 weeks. This is allowed ONLY for really good/rare trackers. For other, lower level trackers, 2 weeks is enough.

3) You are allowed to BUMP your thread (by posting "still available", "I am waiting for more applicants", etc.) ONCE EVERY 24 HOURS.

As you can see, i'm new around here. I was looking for a Karagarga invite, and here I am. I already asked this question in my "I'm new" thread, but I might be a bit more specific here:
In this thread, you don't seem to ask anything to those who are interested by this invite. So, my question is, how do you choose the winner? Is it random, do you pick someone because you like his name, etc...?

In other threads of yours, I noticed you have a perfectly understandable taste for active members of this community. It kinda reflects this line in the rules that advises to reward the most deserving. In that case, when you are a little newbie like me, and you don't have anything to prove your good faith, like screenshots of a good ratio on any private tracker (mostly because i'm not on any private tracker. Yet), what can I do to maximize my chances? I'd accept patience and devotion as an answer. I'm not trying to criticize the system, I'm just curious about how it works. I'm not in a rush, and this forum seems to have plenty of invitations to share, so please, tell me what I can do.

Still, I'd like to apply for this one. And if I understood it well, that's the moment where I say "rep and like added". It is true, thought.
