sorry, i not being rude or something, but can you read the 1st post?

what i need is Requirement! :

• 1 fresh speedtest homeline from your nearest server. (please no proxy, VPN or etc.)

i don't care ratio, or you can maintain your account in this tracker or not.. i just want to give to French people..
