I apply for FileList account because Filelist.ro is the most popular Romanian tracker. The speeds are great and i can find torrents old for more than 4 years (from what i heard). They don't use a H&R script, all they ask for is to keep a good ratio. All their torrents have at least 100-200 snatches, which is very nice to get a good ratio. Also most of their torrents are unrared and all torrents over 4Gb are freeleech (except Porn) so keeping a good ratio is very easy for anybody.
