Speed Up Your Internet by 20%

i have Windows 7 64 bit, and i think it worked, i got 2 errors, after propting the command, not sure if errors or warning windows, but after pressing ok in both, i followed the steps, defaulth definition was not enabled, and the value there was 0%, but after i changed to enabled, the value changed to 20%, i put it to 20%, and "apply", now i have no idea if it works or not, i dunno if my net will eb faster, hope it will
