I would suggest looking into TAILS OS, because it is way safer than windows, you can take it anywhere, and it can also have persistent storage. It is a good, safer alternative than windows.

Tails OS can be a live OS on a USB stick.

dark net is not all that mate, anyone can use it without worrying if you are going to buy illegal stuff then use protection.

is Tail OS has driver problems like Linux.

No drivers are needed, everything is in the Linux kernel.
