    Easy Server (seedbox) setup

This was copied from a torrent site so this is not my own work. I also haven't tested this yet but have talked to a few people that have and they said it does work.

Debian wheezy is advised for this guide.

This script installs Apache2, PHP5, rtorrent, rutorrent, autodl-irssi (plugin) and proftpd.

    In putty just type:
    Code:
    sudo apt-get update
    Then:
    Code:
    sudo apt-get upgrade
    Then:
    Code:
    wget -O install.sh http://sprunge.us/OYHe
    Then:
    Code:
    bash install.sh Username Password
Replace Username with the username you want to login with and replace Password with the password you want to use to login with.

Well that is it have fun and happy torrenting!!

The script checks for Debian, so no.

If you're willing to do a little more typing, I've had success with the guide at http://vassie.me/rtorrent-and-rutorr...er-with-nginx/

I am not to sure I am assuming that if you comment out the Debian checks in the script it could work. I have a spare server sitting around so I will try to adjust the script and try it out. If it works I will post the edited script here for you guys.
