Tor is a tool generally used for browsing on the Internet anonymously. So first of all you must have Tor installed on your system, to download Tor go to Tor website.
Then after the installation open utorrent & change the connection settings to the one shown below. After this your IP would not be shown to others when you will be downloading torrents on utorrent, & now you can download all torrents anonymously. The creators of Tor actually advise against using Tor with Bittorrent clients.
