i have read another thread about Deluge to Rtorrent which is old and it doesnt work got few error so can some one please help me

i want to do is Deluge to Rtorrent for long time seeding

so atm the Autodl-Irrsi gets the torrent from the site to Deluge which download and Seeding in Deluge i want to move that torrent after 3 days or so to Rtorrent and continue seeding from there i need a Script to Execute in Deluge please some one help i search Google and couldn't find working Script since is all been created based on Old Rtorrent deluge

i need script to Move Deluge to Rtorrent with Data, Ratio, Torrent
