So to run Opera Mini on PC, here are the things you require -

Java Runtime Environment(JRE) – Click here to Download
MicroEmulator – Click here to Download
Opera Mini 7 – Click here to Download

Once you have downloaded JRE, MicroEmulator and Opera Mini, follow the given steps -

Step 1: Install Java Runtime Environment(JRE) which you downloaded and restart your computer
Step 2: Extract microemulator-2.0.4.zip and save the folder named microemulator-2.0.4 in C: or D: or any other location which you can remember

In my computer the location of the folder is – C:\microemulator-2.0.4 so this is the example I will use here, but replace it with the location of the folder in your computer.

Step 3: Now save mini.jar (Opera Mini 7 file) to a location which you can remember
Step 4: Now open Command Prompt, Press WinKey + R and then type CMD and press enter or you can open it from Programs >> Accessories
Step 5: In command Prompt type the following command

cd “C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin”
OR if you are using 64-bit Windows then enter this command

cd “C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin”
Step 6: Now type following command

java -jar “C:\microemulator-2.0.4\microemulator.jar“
Please note that C:\microemulator-2.0.4\ is location of the folder microemulator-2.0.4 in my computer, if you haven’t saved that folder in C: then change the location accordingly.

microemulator.jar is an executable program inside the microemulator-2.0.4 folder.

Step 7: Now a window with title MicroEmulator will open, inside the window a mobile phone will appear, now in MicroEmulator click on Options then click on Select device… then select Resizable device and click on Set as default button and after that click on OK button
Step 8: Now you can open MicroEmulator in fullscreen, click on Maximize button to make the Window bigger or set the size of Window like you want
Step 9: Now in MicroEmulator Click on File then select Open MIDlet file… and now locate and select mini.jar file which you saved in Step 3 and then click on Open button.
Step 10: After that, Opera Mini will get highlighted with black colour in MicroEmulator, click on Start button beneath it to run Opera Mini
