4 tips to make your PC start faster
Slow to start your computer has been higher at other times, but the boot (the name given to the startup sequence of a computing device) becomes constantly necessary and it still annoys many people because of the delay.
To try to alleviate the problem (in a world where we have less and less patience and time to lose) There are four useful tips in order to expedite the process: two free and two paid. Come on?
Free Tips:
1) Disable useless hardware
When the computer boots, loads drivers for all devices plugged into it, including optical disk drives (CD / DVD / Blu-ray), floppy disks, webcams, printers, Bluetooth antennas, among other things underused, but entering the package.
To disable these boots and earn a few seconds, open the start menu, type "device manager" and open.
Right click on each and disable unnecessary hardware (not uninstall!). Be aware of this, since you will need to manually re-enable it when used. In the case of this photo, the webcam was disabled. Note a small black arrow in the icon.
2) Disable the automatic startup of some programs
As your computer starts Windows, the operating system needs to load various services and software that make other things work. After some time with the computer, many programs that are installed along with try to boot the system, even though you will not be using any of them. That said, some of these things are VERY IMPORTANT. Be careful with what you will disable.
How to make:
Just click on the start menu, type "msconfig" without quotes, and give enter. Then a screen will appear with a few tabs. The "Startup" tab contains everything starts with your PC. Choose what is unnecessary and disable.
Some choices are obvious, like the numerous automatic updates of various programs (eg Adobe suite) and those accompanying mobile devices (such as Kies, Samsung, or Apple's iTunes). Generally, they indicate the need for an update when they are opened by the user and do not require an application on the computer every time it is powered memory. Just make sure you do not disable system applications (usually Microsoft) or your antivirus.
Again, if you do not know what you are doing, you are advised to skip this step.
Paid tips
If you have some cash on hand and do not want to change computers, there is very little and how to invest to improve their performance without too much hassle.
1) Buy a SDD and install your windows in it
This is probably the best way to improve performance, and the price has dropped significantly compared to the time when SSDs were launched, and you can find a 60GB model . SSD is a storage type very faster than regular hard drives, but also much more expensive. The best solution is to use both: the SSD is installed your Windows and some software; the (former) Common hd, there are only large files like photos, music, games and videos.
2) Buy more RAM
If you do not attempt to open the PC, but do not want to reinstall Windows on another HD, a good way to speed up the machine (in several respects, including initialization) is to buy another stick of RAM. Just choose one with the same frequency that already exists on your PC and add it. The procedure is not as complex, but requires some experience.

When I was using PC, the way for me was to use msconfig and reinstall the OS in certain intervals.

Also a good idea to uninstall unused programs through Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs
