You have agree that self-motivation is the only way to bail you out of your current situation. What matters the most is "your own action". In order to achieve your dreams you’ve to be self-motivated. 1. Don’t worry if you make mistakes. Making mistakes is one way we can learn and improve our life. There is no one that has never made any mistake. The most important thing here is “you realize that you have made mistakes” and don’t repeat them again. You learn more from the mistakes you have made than any other way. This strictly applies for employee motivation.

2. Get out of your comfort zone. Its my personal suggestion that you have to learn to get into unfamiliar surroundings to explore better opportunities. Don’t just stick around with the same people, same known places, skills or work. Try to modify your learnings and skills. Explore new things that will enhance your ability to achieve your goals and keep you stay motivated. This will bring you close to what? SUCCESS!

3. Think of unthinkable. Remember, nothing will stop you from thinking of goals you want to achieve. You have to dream high in order to set high goals. Everything starts with a dream. Don’t limit yourself in your goals and dreams.

4. Read and listen to inspirational materials. You’ve to start spending time reading motivational books and listening to inspirational tapes. But you must also implement what you learn from your reading and listening in schools and universities. This will give you excitement and energy to work harder towards achieving your goals.

5. Resolve problems instead of running away. This rules is more of a self caring solution. If you’re suffering from any mental of physical tension or problems then your ride to success will not be smooth all the time. You will face difficulties. Don’t quit when you experience predicaments in your quests to achieve your dreams. Frustrations and setbacks naturally form as parts of your success venture.

6. Appreciate every moment of your life. Think of what your life really is as of now. Thinking about the past or daydreaming about the future will not bring you anywhere. So its better to appreciate your current conditions which will make you feel better and realize the need to move forward to achieve your goals.

7 Finish what you start. Once you’ve started something finish it! Whether it is a college assignment . Never leave what you do halfway regardless of the end result. This will train you to accomplish something out of things you do.

8. Face challenges one at a time. Challenges come to us almost every day. Take up one challenge at a time. Don’t try to accumulate and face them all at one go. It will affect you from all the directions, which can make you less motivated. So you won’t be able to complete even the easiest challenge. 9. Care less about what people say. You may hear a lot of bad things people say about you. Sometimes those bad comments may come from someone close to you. As long as you fully know what you’re doing to achieve your goals, you can let those comments fall on deaf ears. Thinking too much about what people say will only make you weaker, depressed and lose focus.

10. Feel happy and keep smiling. Happiness generates more positive energy within you. This energy is important to keep you more optimistic and enthusiastic about your life. Happy people are always motivated to accomplish something in their life. Sharing jokes and laughters with others will make you confident and out of tensions.
