A YOUNG mum who was spared jail for having sex with a 13-year-old schoolboy had spent a week partying with teens, her neighbours claimed today.

Jordan Lightfoot hosted the parties at her home while her mum went on holiday to Blackpool.

The young woman, now 21, this week faced court after she had sex with the virgin schoolboy on the kitchen floor at her home in Rhyl, North Wales, in 2016.

But since her court appearance, that saw her ordered to carry out 50 days of rehabilitation activity but escape jail time, her former neighbours have revealed how Lightfoot organised parties that lasted until 1am.

One neighbour, in the quiet crescent where Lightfoot lived with her mum, said the trouble began one summer evening in 2016.

"It all started after Jordan’s mum went to Blackpool for a week.

"Groups of boys started turning up at her house and there were parties every night.

"Although some of the boys were older, say 18 or 19, a lot of them were much younger.

"There was also loud music every night, drinking, shouting and other anti-social behaviour."

Another neighbour, who didn't want to be named, described the young woman as "quite immature".

They said: "She seemed to go off the rails a bit.

"She used to be much quieter but I think she was easily led by other people."

A third added the parties were a "real nuisance."

The young woman now lives with her stepdad Mark Challoner.

The 52-year-old said: “She just wants to put all this behind her.

“A lot of stuff is being said on social media and it’s really unpleasant.

“I was in court and they made it sound like it was all her but that’s not true.”

Mould Crown Court this week heard Lightfoot's tryst with the 13-year-old schoolboy was uncovered when his mum found text messages on his phone.

Jo Maxwell, prosecuting, said the messages between Lightfoot and the 13 -year-old “made it obvious she was in control of the relationship".

She denied sexual activity with the boy and also pleaded not guilty to a separate charge of touching a 15-year-old boy and inciting him to engage in sexual activity.

Passing sentence, she was warned by judge David Hale about her future conduct.

“No teenage lads around for parties or anything like that,” he said.

Lightfoot is now banned from contacting boys aged between 11 and 16 unless inadvertent or with consent of parents who know about her conviction.

The mum-of-one was also ordered to carry out 50 days of rehabilitation activity and a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order was made.

She is now on the sex offenders register for 10 years and must pay £140 costs.
