THIS is the dramatic moment a pair of knife-weilding thugs were arrested just minutes after stabbing a dad-of-three to death.

CCTV footage shows taser-wielding cops cornering Nicholas Bridge, 18, and Daniel Onofeghare, 20, as they tried to flee on a train after butchering "doting father" Tony Williams, 36.

The pair were hauled away in cuffs at Littlehaven Railway Station, Sussex, after his anguished pals called 999.

Bridge was locked up for life after being found guilty of murder, while Onofeghare was handed 15 years after being convicted of manslaughter.

The jury was told the duo had gone to his Horsham flat on September 22 last year to carry out a revenge attack over the loss of some drugs.

Bridge repeatedly stabbed Mr Williams while Onofeghare stood guard to stop his pals intervening.

Speaking after the sentencing, his family said: "As a family we have always been strong and close.

"The past months since September 2017 we have all been living in what can only be described as our worst nightmare.

“Tony was kind, wise and caring.

"He was the first-born child of five close siblings and he was a brilliant brother, attending every award evening throughout his siblings' educations.

“He was a doting father of three beautiful boys, very family orientated and a loving partner.

“The impact of our tremendous loss is shown through pain and anxiety throughout the family.

"Tears are shed on a daily basis and an overwhelming feeling of loss is felt by us all."

Detective Chief Inspector Emma Heater said: “Although these convictions can never undo what Bridge and Onofeghare did, I hope it will bring some justice for Tony’s family and friends.

“This was a horrific planned and targeted attack by a teenager and a young man.

"The pair were at the flat for just three minutes and in that time they inflicted an extreme level of violence, leaving the premises before anyone could comprehend what had happened."
