TOMMY Lee is continuing to pursue legal action against his son.

The Mötley Crüe rocker, 55, is moving forward with the battery claim against his son, Brandon, 21, who allegedly slugged his dad and knocked him unconscious in a heated argument, according to TMZ.

A source told the gossip site, “(Lee) is not going to tolerate what Brandon did and that’s why he wants the criminal case to keep moving along … at least for now”.

Lee reportedly blames ex-wife Pamela Anderson for fuelling the situation after Wednesday’s alleged brawl, according to Page Six.

Anderson said her son “punched him in the nose for all of us who he has hurt.”

On Thursday, Anderson — who was married to Tommy for three years in the mid-’90s — posted a message on her website alleging her ex is an alcoholic and their son was “scared for his life” and “acted out of self defence.”

The father/son confrontation is believed to be sparked by the drummer’s social media posts about Anderson following her comments in a Piers Morgan interview.

Tommy lashed out after Anderson, 50, who spoke about his past spousal abuse in a Piers Morgan interview.

TMZ reported earlier this week that Tommy was going to withdraw his police report but he decided to pursue criminal charges and a restraining order against Brandon only after his son refused to apologise.
