BRITAIN has been told to take back "filth" UK jihadis captured fighting for ISIS in Syria to face trial.

Forces in the war-ravaged country issued the demand as they said Syria was not a "landfill" for foreigners deemed a danger to their own countries.

They also revealed caged ISIS fighters - including two members of the murderous Beatles gang - are being treated better than refugees because they have TVs and warm shelter.

There are currently six Brits being held among the 795 ISIS prisoners in northern Syria, Daily Mail reports.

There are also British jihadi wives and their children detained in two camps but the UK has so far refused to take any back and has stripped them all of citizenship.

But Government sources say there is enough evidence to haul them before British courts on terror charges.

Mustafa Bali, of the Syrian Democratic Forces, said: "What we understand is that the Europeans think... the filth they had among them is out and they don’t want them back.

"We don’t see our country as a landfill and we do not accept them. The compromise is to have a court here and the court can decide their fate."

He argued there is a "moral responsibility for Europe to support" areas where the barbarous terror group carried out massacres.

Bali also issued an ultimatum to the UK - either bring the Brit jihadis back to the UK to face trial or create an international court to try them in Syria.

He said: "If these courts are built, the fear of having those terrorists back in England will be gone as they will be put on trial here."

Nuri Mahmud, from the Kurdish-led People’s Protection Units, has also backed calls for UK ISIS fighters to return as he urged Britain to "take responsibility".

He added: "They have a warm place, TV, bathrooms and food three times a day."

In October, the government warned US military that it is illegal for Britain to take back notorious ISIS Beatles fighters El Shafee Elsheikh and Alexanda Kotey.

Kotey and Elsheikh – accused of being part of “Jihadi John” Mohammed Emwazi's slaughter cell - have now been stripped of their British citizenship or right to live here.

They are being held by Kurdish militia forces in Syria after being captured after the fall of ISIS’s capital a year ago.
