    Samsung galaxy help

    Do any members know much about samsung galaxy phones?

    My friend has one and it turns on but only shows a black screen, I have searched for hours on how to fix this but can't find anything that helps.
    The screen is not broken as it still displays the charging icon when plugged in

    yeah it definately is a hardware problem,if the screen is black all the time.It could be whats called aka black death.Tell him to send it to samsung.
