THIS is the horrifying moment a nightclub thug bites off a man's FACE in a bloody unprovoked attack.

CCTV footage shows Keenan Samuelson sinking his teeth into Nikitas Arnaoutoglou's cheek at a party spot in Oxford.

A police detective described the victim's injuries as the "worst I've ever seen".

Moments earlier, the drunk thug can be seen getting into a heated row with the reveller.

Samuelson then tips his drink over innocent Nikitas' head - before violently grabbing him by the throat.

The harrowing footage then shows him lunging at his victim's face as he bites him on the cheek several times.

Clubbers who witnessed the vicious attack in April 2017 described seeing flesh "fly" across the dance floor.

THUG JAILED
Samuelson, 27, was jailed on Friday for nine and a half years for the unprovoked assault, prompting Thames Valley Police to share the footage.

Mr Arnaoutoglou, a psychiatrist who was out with friends and did not know his attacker, was left permanently scarred.

Police bodycam footage also captures the moment Samuelson is later arrested.

One voice is heard saying: "We are going to need to call an ambulance - half his face is missing."

'UNSPEAKABLE SAVAGERY'
In sentencing Keenan Samuelson at Oxford Crown Court on Friday, Judge Peter Ross called the attack an act of "unspeakable savagery".

Samuelson, of Abingdon, was found guilty of one count of section 20 wounding.

The investigating officer claimed: "It's the worst injury I've ever seen in my career."

Samuelson had denied wounding with intent but admitted wounding.

But at his trial last month jurors took just two hours to unanimously convict him.

Along with the jail sentence, Samuelson must pay a victim surcharge.
