The Russian military found in the Syrian Duma a storehouse of chemicals for militants

MOSCOW, April 17 (Itar-Tass) - RIA Novosti. Russian servicemen found in the Syrian Duma a warehouse of substances necessary for the production of chemical weapons, the television channel Zvezda reports.

"Detected substances, such as thiodiglycol, diethanolamine, are needed to produce sulphurous and nitrogen mustard." In addition, a chlorine balloon was found in the warehouse, similar to that used by militants for setting up a replicated fake plot, "the material says.

It is noted that the warehouse was placed in the basement of a residential building. According to Alexander Rodionov, a specialist of the RCBZ troops, the laboratory was used by terrorists, in whose power the city was in power.

On the site also found "records with chemical formulas and calculations of proportions." Veshchodoki is studied by Russian experts.

Earlier it was reported that the Syrian army found a cache in the village of Aftris in East Gut with the equipment necessary to create poisonous substances.

    Beat on Syria

On the night of Saturday, the United States, Britain and France, accusing Damascus of using chemical weapons in the city of the Duma, fired over a hundred missiles in the territory of the ATS. Most of the systems were shot down by the Syrian air defense system. Three people suffered. The attacks were inflicted prior to the start of the OPCW mission, which arrived in East Gutu on Tuesday.

Earlier, experts from the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Warring Parties (CPAP) visited the site of the alleged incident and found no traces of toxins. In local hospitals, according to CPAP, there were no patients with symptoms characteristic of toxic agents.

At the same time, the Ministry of Defense presented evidence that the "chemical attack" in the Duma was a mockery. The military department was also told that the British special services were involved in it. Later, Russia's permanent representative to the OPCW, Alexander Shulgin, reported the same.
