POLICE are seeking witnesses to a robbery in Bayswater on September 15.

The incident happened about 1.30pm when police say a 45-year-old man left the Bayswater Train Station and got into his car parked on Railway Parade.

Police say the offender forced the door open and removed the man from the vehicle, and then punched him in the face and stole his backpack.

Police are looking for a dark-skinned man aged between 25-35 years of age with short hair and a medium build. He was wearing a black cap, black sunglasses, a long-sleeved orange hi-viz shirt with reflective stripes, dark blue pants and dark grey boots.
