During the outburst, children can be heard swearing and screaming at the man in fear.

Locals said the man’s outburst was in retaliation after his child was allegedly bullied by the group, according to the Daily Mail.

NSW Police said it was told a group of 12-year-old boys were at a skate park in Goonellabah about 5.30pm on Sunday when they started to verbally abuse and threaten another 12-year-old boy.

The group of children allegedly chased the single 12-year-old boy down a street away from the park before returning.

The boy returned to the skate park with a man, believed to be his father, where the boys taunted him again, police said. The man then allegedly assaulted of the boys in the group.

Officers from the Richmond Police District are investigating.
