A FRANTIC search is underway for two missing teens last seen in a horrific Snapchat video said to show them bleeding heavily after a savage beating.

Collin Romero, 15, and Ahmed Lateef, 14, have reportedly been missing since December 16 when they were allegedly brutally attacked in West Mesa, New Mexico.

Cops fear the two teens may have been involved in a botched drug deal, news station KOB4 reported.

Collin’s mum, Amanda Kimbrel, said the boys were bloodied and beaten in the sick video circulating online.

Mrs Kimbrel said authorities have served Snapchat with a warrant asking it to turn over the footage.

She said: “They were being beaten very, very brutally, pistol-whipped.

“Snapchat has this information and they are refusing to hand it over.”

The Sun Online has contacted Snapchat for a comment and is awaiting a reply.

The teenagers’ families, who spent the festive period looking for them, said they have received terrifying tips about their welfare.

Collin’s grandmother, Kelen Kimbrell, told news station KRQE: “We’ve been told there’s a photo of the boys in the backseat of the car, with a man in the middle holding them as if they are trophies.”

Both families are urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers in the US on 505-843-7867.
