Meghan Markle cheers on new hubby Prince Harry as he plays polo at Audi Cup
MEGHAN Markle was all smiles as she watched new husband Prince Harry play at the Audi Polo Cup this afternoon.
The Duchess of Sussex, beamed behind her sunglasses at Berkshire's Coworth Park Polo Club, where temperatures soared to 27C.
Meghan, 36, made the most of the glorious sunshine wearing an elegant cream sleeveless shirt dress and flat sandals.
She was joined by close friend Serena Williams, who is set to make her comeback from maternity leave next week, and her husband Alex Ohanian.
Meghan even appeared to show her parental skills as she cheered up one of her friend's children.
The young girl looked a little disinterested and tired but Meghan bent down and spoke to her, in a bid to keep her entertained.
Meghan's attendance today marked one year after she first publicly appeared as Prince Harry's beau.
The former Suits star – who started dating the royal in November 2016 – was pictured getting acquainted with Harry's close friend Mark Dwyer and his wife.
Keen to impress, Meghan wore a rather formal long navy dress with a white blazer which hung over her shoulders.
Harry was in high spirits and showed no signs of tiredness despite making a surprise appearance at British Polo Day on Friday.
The royal raised £200,000 for the Royal Foundation and Sentebale, charities which he serves as a patron.
Meghan's radiant appearance comes days after she appeared to break royal protocol by trying to hold hands with Harry at Buckingham Palace.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were attending the Young Leaders Reception when she tried to reach for Harry's hand.
Footage of the event shows Harry brushing her hand away as they walked behind The Queen.
The royal newlyweds are expected to make head off to Dublin for two-days in July, Kensington Palace said.
