About LinkBacksGARDAI are investigating an alleged sexual assault on a youth in Co Tipperary.
It is alleged that the young male was sexually assaulted in a house last Friday, December 28.
A man in his 50s was arrested as part of the probe.
He was later released by gardai and a file is currently being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
A garda spokesman said: "Gardai are investigating an alleged sexual assault on a male youth which is reported to have occurred in a house in Co. Tipperary on December 28, 2018.
"A man in his 50s was arrested. He was later released and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions."
